Lead and grow the creative team, including the photographer, video content creator, social & partnership strategist, and designers—driving accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Develop and execute a performance-first creative strategy aligned with revenue, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
Build and oversee a structured creative testing roadmap across paid channels (hooks, angles, formats, offers).
Partner closely with paid media to analyze performance data, identify winning concepts, and scale profitable creative.
Oversee the production of video ads, UGC-style content, product creative, landing pages, email/SMS assets, and organic social content.
Establish clear briefing processes, feedback loops, and scalable production workflows to increase testing velocity and efficiency.
Manage freelance designers, editors, and external creative partners to ensure quality and speed.
Maintain and evolve brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity across Doc’s Diesel and Doc’s Filters.
Align creative output with inventory, promotional calendars, and overall marketing initiatives.
Report on creative performance, testing cadence, and strategic growth opportunities to leadership, continuously refining systems to improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in DTC ecommerce creative, with a strong focus on paid media performance.
Proven experience building and scaling creative testing systems for Meta, YouTube, Google, and other paid channels.
Experience leading creative teams or managing production workflows in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of direct response marketing, ecommerce funnels, and conversion optimization.
Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable testing plans.
Experience collaborating closely with paid media buyers to scale profitable campaigns.
Strong copywriting and messaging development skills.
Highly organized with experience managing multiple campaigns and production timelines simultaneously.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven ecommerce environment.
Auto Parts Experience or Interest is preferred.
Experience marketing a physical product online is required.
