Identify friction points where work moves between teams.
Act as the primary connective tissue during the transition.
Ensure that process changes reflect our internal culture, prioritizing clarity, empathy, and efficiency over rigid bureaucracy.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience, specifically within the Financial Technology or a high volume Talent Acquisition/Hiring environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet for schedule visibility and LucidChart/Miro for process visualization.
Proven experience moving teams through phased transitions where there is no clean break between the old way and the new way.
The ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Experience working within large-scale organizations where cross-functional handoffs are frequent, changes are constant with high-stakes.
