Talent Acquisition Expert, Project Manager, Consultant

Role Overview

• Manage the phased integration of two major business processes
• Develop and maintain visual process maps using Miro or similar tools
• Build and manage dynamic project schedules in Smartsheet
• Identify friction points where work moves between teams
• Act as the primary connective tissue during the transition
• Ensure process changes reflect internal culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience in Financial Technology or a high volume Talent Acquisition/Hiring environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and LucidChart/Miro
• Proven experience moving teams through phased transitions
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority
• Experience working within large-scale organizations with frequent cross-functional handoffs
