Manage the phased integration of two major business processes
Develop and maintain visual process maps using Miro or similar tools
Build and manage dynamic project schedules in Smartsheet
Identify friction points where work moves between teams
Act as the primary connective tissue during the transition
Ensure process changes reflect internal culture
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience in Financial Technology or a high volume Talent Acquisition/Hiring environment
Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and LucidChart/Miro
Proven experience moving teams through phased transitions
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority
Experience working within large-scale organizations with frequent cross-functional handoffs
