PhD in Molecular Biology, Clinical Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field
12-15 years of experience for Director level, 15+ years for Senior Director
Deep scientific expertise and extensive hands-on experience in biomarker development
Strong knowledge of clinical development and global regulatory requirements for biomarker use in clinical trials
Ability to develop, articulate, and present complex biomarker strategies
Excellent interpersonal team-oriented, and client-facing skills
