Region Seed Accounting Manager

Role Overview

• Manage seed invoicing, receiving, and prepay reconciliation
• Provide administrative support to the seed sales team
• Review payables, supplier reporting, rebate allocations, seed margins, and inventory
• Generate reports for management and branches
• Process accruals and allocations for programs
• Allocate supplier rebates and prepay true-ups
• Ensure reimbursements are posted in the correct fiscal year
• Guide retail locations and wholesale through procedures
• Track agreements by division and location
• Maintain and update accrual rates for dealers
• Monitor supplier reports for outstanding dump and replant dollars
• Collect and verify grower sales and license data for suppliers
• Work with corporate team on various reports
• Administer prepay processes for Cornbelt

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, specifically seed market
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized with a high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
