About this role

Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy.
Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits.
Maintain customer satisfaction and positive business relationships; conduct product demonstrations.
Support and oversee sales activities of others as assigned (Area Sales Managers and/or Territory Managers).

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.
Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc.
BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field.
Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce).
Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
