Lead the efforts of multiple teams on client engagements
Drive growth and profitability by generating new revenue on existing clients
Cross sell into other lines of business
Develop new clients for the practice
Work closely with RSM’s National Financial Services tax industry leader to develop strategies and initiatives to further grow the Financial Institution tax practice
Mentor and coach our people to achieve challenging and rewarding careers

12+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4 or a large national or regional accounting firm; or equivalent in law firms or industry with a focus on Financial Institution clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA or JD
Extensive tax compliance & consulting experience serving Financial Services clients
Must be able to support financial growth efforts and manage a book of business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
