The NGS Project Operations Associate is responsible for focusing on process support, data analysis, and coordination of warranty-related activities.
This role supports warranty execution and outage planning activities within the Power Generation organization.
The NGS Project Operations Associate will be working closely with Warranty Project Managers and the Warranty Outage Manager to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and execution of warranty claims.
The position also leads efforts, collaborates with leadership, and provides strategic oversight to ensure efficiencies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering discipline or technical diploma from college or university.
Strong analytical skills related to engineering problem solving.
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, with demonstrated ability to create, manage, and communicate information effectively.
Experience using Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
