Engage with clients to gather business case requirements
Translate business requirements into technical documentation
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients
Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements
Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.
Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.
Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (ie: hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)
Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets
Technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs.
Familiarity in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software Tableau.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
