Role Overview
- Assist Branch management in tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine management operations
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards
- Supervising day-to-day activities of associates
- Interviews job candidates and makes hiring decisions
- Reads and understands financial and operational data
- Manages day-to-day activities of associates
- Ensures compliance with all company adult beverage policies
- Prepares schedules and ensures all shifts are covered
- Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures
- Places orders for individual units and processes invoices
Requirements
- 6 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
- 4 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Converse comfortably with customers
