Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product, engineering, and cross-functional teams teams.
Create and manage comprehensive project plans
including success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with product leadership
ensuring on-time delivery and transparent communication across stakeholders.
Drive clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Continuously gather and apply stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality, reliability, and impact of program outcomes.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers—facilitating resolution and tradeoff decisions.
Foster continuous improvement by implementing scalable processes, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
Requirements
5+ years of program management, product operations, project management experience within a high-performing tech org, preferably embedded in product or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including communicating effectively to the executive level.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making.
