Role Overview
responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of clients
work closely with Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
develop solutions that meet client requirements, are technically feasible, operationally efficient and financially attractive
participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients prior to starting work for them
create a Revenue Optimization solution where IKS takes over the entire revenue cycle function
Requirements
12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 5 years at a Director Level.
Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members.
Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
