Vice President of Solutions – Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview

• Responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of clients
• Match client requirements with appropriate IKS solutions
• Collaborate with Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
• Participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients

Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• 5+ years at Director Level
• Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting
• Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
• Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
• Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time
