Lead, coach, and develop engineers across data engineering, automation, and application development.
Set clear expectations for ownership, engineering quality, and operational rigor.
Ensure teams are effective within scrum frameworks, focusing on flow, predictability, and delivery quality.
Serve as a technical leader for CAO and Finance partners, validating and constructively challenging requirements.
Ensure acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and release readiness are met.
Own post-delivery stability, issue remediation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, automation, analytics engineering, or software development, including 3–5+ years leading people.
Technical fluency across modern data and automation stacks including SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, APIs, ETL/ELT, RPA, AI/LLM technologies, and internal applications.
Experience leading teams delivering production-grade pipelines, automations, and services.
Ability to review and challenge technical designs without needing to build everything personally.
Proven success partnering with Finance and executive team members.
Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to influence without authority.
