Providing leadership in sales function, and being accountable for the performance and results of multiple direct reports
Developing strategic plans and priorities, and aligning resources as needed
Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to build a high-performance sales team
Partnering with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
Managing multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
Being accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation

Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrate successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
Display seasoned leadership practices such as fostering a climate that values and rewards overall performance excellence
Be able to travel based on customer needs
Have a comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
Have experience in working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
Be proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Skype
