Support the VP of Tax in implementing tax planning strategies, including coordination with outside tax advisors
Assist with tax analysis related to partner transactions, including returns of capital, draws, distributions, and annual allocations
Monitor U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax developments and help summarize potential impacts to the business
Review federal, state, and international corporate tax filings, estimates, and extensions prepared by external advisors
Help manage quarterly estimated K-1s and projected tax distributions for partners, including related forecasting
Assist with tax diligence and modeling for M&A and financing transactions, with a focus on entity structuring and tax impacts
Manage and own compliance for property taxes, sales and use taxes, and city business taxes across multiple jurisdictions
Support preparation and review of the global income tax provision and related documentation

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar field required
1–3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or a related role
Foundational understanding of U.S. partnership taxation; exposure to international tax is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex transactions and explain them clearly
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
Clear communicator who can work effectively with senior leaders and external advisors
Curious and proactive — someone who asks questions and wants to understand the “why,” not just the “how”
Experience with Excel; familiarity with tax provisions is helpful but not required; experience with Workday financial reporting software is a plus
