Assist product managers in evaluating regulatory, legal, operational and other risk considerations
Help business partners develop policy requirements and design supporting processes and controls
Provide guidance to business partners in navigating business line and Enterprise formal risk governance requirements
Lead and participate in risk

Collaborate with Business Risk Oversight colleagues

6+ years’ experience in strategic business risk/compliance or product management role focused on credit/lending/cash management products/solutions and risk management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills
Effective organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam or able to obtain within 180 days of employment
JD, MBA or another advanced degree (Nice-to-have)
Securities/broker-dealer risk, compliance, legal, product manager/business experience( Nice-to-have)
Series 7, 66 and 24 registrations (Nice-to-have)
