Provides leadership and operational oversight for the Human Resources (HR) Compliance Program
Accountable for the design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of HR compliance strategies
Partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to proactively identify, mitigate, and manage employment related risk
Leads the governance of the HR Compliance Program
Develops, implements, and maintains HR compliance policies, procedures, and controls
Establishes and oversees HR compliance monitoring activities, audits, and assessments
Oversees internal and external audit responses related to HR compliance
Ensures timely and accurate completion of required regulatory reporting
Provides direct oversight of the Centene Immigration Program
Serves as a subject matter expert on HR compliance risk areas and regulatory requirements
Sets strategy and standards for HR compliance communications and training initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Human Resources experience with demonstrated ownership of HR compliance programs or regulatory oversight
2+ years Overseeing a company-wide immigration program, including vendor management and day to day case oversight
Extensive working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience with regulatory reporting, policy governance, compliance communications, and audit management
