Leading digital experience delivery by translating global requirements into UX/UI solutions, creating wireframes/prototypes (Figma), and implementing experiences in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Driving global web experience initiatives through strong project management, ensuring on-time/on-budget execution and alignment to broader digital strategy.
Owning marketing automation strategy and execution, including campaign architecture, build, launch, and optimization to improve performance.
Managing marketing automation operations including data hygiene, list segmentation, and lead management processes in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
Partnering with marketing teams, enterprise marketing technology teams, and developers to define objectives, requirements, and key deliverables across marketing automation and owned web properties.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eleven (11) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution
Strong experience in information architecture, wireframing, usability testing, and using data/insights to inform decisions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence decision-making, and align stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, including organization, prioritization, and time management across multiple initiatives.
Working knowledge of modern tools and platforms used in digital experience/UX design and marketing automation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and lead through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
