Manage and develop new financial professional relationships in your assigned territory
Execute marketing campaigns
Attend company, industry, and intermediary meetings
Speak in front of groups
Work with internal sales, case design, and underwriting partners
Collaborate with peers on sales ideas
Develop and execute on a business plan for the territory

Minimum 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry with at least 1 year in internal or external wholesaling
Requires Series 6, 63 (as required by state(s) in the territory), and life/health insurance licenses in all states within the assigned territory
Highly organized and goal oriented
Excellent persistency and follow up determination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective public speaker with ability to provide education beyond product knowledge
Possess history of successful sales results
Basic computer knowledge
Must be willing to travel extensively
Professional designations (CLU, ChFC, CFP) desirable
Financial Services/Brokerage Industry experience desirable
