Design, develop, and deliver analytic capabilities for the Global Specialty business area
Drive execution of the data & analytical capabilities roadmap to solve current business challenges and unlock new opportunities
Create new and/or enhance existing dashboards and visual analytics
Deliver high-priority or advanced BI, data, and analytical capabilities
Manage individual workload effectively while maintaining clear communication with team members and leadership
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or analytics issues
Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements
Partner with IT, data, and other BI organizations

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in querying languages
Experience with advanced features of data visualization tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI)
Experience with delivering GenAI solutions within BI tools
Solid foundation in statistical analysis
Ability to analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, platforms, and methodologies
