Take end-to-end ownership of payments product development, from payment flow conceptualization to merchant onboarding and transaction processing optimization.
Define and articulate payments product strategies, roadmaps, and goals that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to develop and prioritize payment features, integrations, and security enhancements.
Ensure successful delivery of high-quality payments products that meet merchant needs, reduce transaction friction, and maximize conversion rates.
Effectively communicate payments product plans, regulatory updates, and technical decisions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

3+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years specifically in payments, fintech, or financial services
Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including processors, gateways, card networks, and alternative payment methods
Technical proficiency with payment APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
Regulatory knowledge of PCI compliance, NACHA, anti-money laundering (AML), and relevant financial regulations
Strong analytical skills with experience in payment metrics, A/B testing, and data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex payment concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in fast-paced development environments
