Partner with peers and leadership to develop, execute and refine a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with business objectives and organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent needs and craft effective solutions that enhance leader and employee skills, knowledge and capabilities.
Lead the development, implementation and evolution of the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback and ongoing performance conversations aligned to leadership competencies.
Conduct talent/learning sessions for employees at all levels and assess content effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices and new technologies into our talent processes and programs.
Additionally, you'll evaluate and recommend the best systems and tools to support organizational objectives.
Maximize the human resources information system (HRIS) and learning management system (LMS) to ensure functionality is best serving the needs of our talent.
Source and coordinate with external partners for specialized talent enablement programs in the leadership development, recognition and engagement space.
Support an elevated onboarding experience for new employees through new hire orientation content and training, development and supporting resources.
Coach internal leaders, subject matter experts, and trainers to enhance their skills.
Utilize business key performance indicators and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent enablement processes, content and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult learning & development, human resources, organization development, behavioral science or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development/Organization Development/Talent Management.
Proven track record for partnering with business and other cross functional leaders at all levels and teams to achieve common objectives.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills to effectively engage learners with diverse learning styles.
Sound understanding of the talent management system and process that includes onboarding, development, career progression and engagement.
Proficiency with HRIS and performance and learning management systems and other learning technologies.
Demonstrated use of evaluation methods to assess and improve talent solutions and demonstrate ROI to the business.
High level of comfort working in ambiguous situations with a focus on driving outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Experience demonstrating adaptability while supporting cross-functional departments in a diverse work environment.
A willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
