Role Overview
- Provide world class customer service
- Answer customer product questions and technical questions
- Assist customers through the sale process
- Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
- Provide suggestions for new products
Requirements
- Be an automotive enthusiast with some technical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- An ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2-year degree in an automotive field (a plus)
- Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
- Some travel required (approx. 4 weekends per year) to attend automotive events/races
