Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year programs spanning mobile apps, cloud applications / infrastructure, and connected vehicle experiences.
Contribute to strategic planning and resource orchestration across the portfolio; proactively identify structural constraints and optimize capacity against priorities.
Leverage a deep understanding of cloud/mobile/vehicle interdependencies to shape technical direction, assess engineering trade-offs, and guide teams through complex design decisions.
Build consensus across diverse global teams and senior leadership. Establish rigorous scope-control processes and manage the impact of changes on the program baseline.
Establish proactive risk-mitigation systems and governance frameworks. Actively manage identified risks, driving impediments to closure. Define and track Technical Success Metrics (KPIs/QoS) to drive data-based improvements and engineering excellence.
Influence without direct authority across software systems and divisions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, blameless risk escalation, and team-level mentoring.
Detect trends across data sets to frame high-impact decisions and resolve interdependency challenges that span multiple software domains.
