Configure, maintain, and enhance the Apptio TBM model, structure, and dashboards.
Maintains system configuration for the Finance team with annual budget planning, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
Works with business and technical teams to identify integration and data requirements, ensuring successful implementation and performance according to specifications
Maintain TBM process documentation and ensure alignment with roadmap priorities.
Partner with IT product managers, Finance and the Business to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
Support automation, performance tuning, and optimization of TBM processes.
Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on processes, procedures, functionality and application support.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in TBM, Apptio administration.
Strong skills in data validation, financial modeling and business intelligence/reporting tools.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues.
Process improvement mindset with focus on automation and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
