Lead strategic financial modeling and valuation to assess major capital projects and inform buy/build/sell decisions and long-range capital allocation across FCL, subsidiaries, and the CRS.
Provide trusted financial leadership and recommendations to senior leaders and retail stakeholders, influencing strategy, investments, and business exits through rigorous analysis.
Oversee Energy Compliance Strategy financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, valuation models, RFEs, de-risking and financing strategies, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team through onboarding, coaching, performance management, and consistent finance best practices.
Strengthen finance business partnering across FCL and CRC, embedding financial acumen in business decisions while ensuring consistent analysis, controls, and effective handoffs.
Drive governance and continuous improvement, maintaining strong financial policies, financial modelling frameworks, and capital investment lookback processes.
Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce degree required.
8+ years of progressive finance experience, including financial planning, forecasting, capital budgeting, and valuation.
Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, or CBV) required.
Strong corporate finance, financial modeling, and analytical expertise; experience with capital-intensive initiatives or M&A considered an asset.
