About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the tier-one retail space, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of Tier-one retail account management, business development or sales experience
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience selling to any of the NRF Top 100 Retailers
Experience selling scan, print, mobility, voice, hardware/software products and services
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
