providing support to sellers on specialized, high-context tasks related to internal processes and tools that are outside of seller's core responsibilities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
2 or more years of experience in operations support
Experience with ERP and CRM applications
Salesforce, SAP
Experience with analytics or reporting software
PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
