Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
Oversee budgeting, expenditures, and financial forecasts to support effective governance and cost control.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through clear communication and consensus-building.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and promoting adoption of new tools and processes.
Provide leadership by mentoring and developing team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area is also acceptable.
Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder communication abilities, capable of influencing and building consensus across teams.
Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and key performance indicators.
Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple project modules.
Knowledge of technology landscapes and alignment with strategic objectives.
