About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as technology liaison with strategic SaaS providers
- Technology business partner to business process owners
- Supports updates of commercial agreements
- Accountable for daily technology operations
- Configures SaaS software
- Works with SaaS suppliers on major releases
- Tests data refreshes and other technical changes
- Ensures Cardinal data is properly integrated with SaaS applications
- Manages defects and enhancements
- Manages system outages & major incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- SaaS implementation & support experience preferred
