About this role
Role Overview
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes across the assigned region
Driving a culture of caring and accountability among team members, clients/customers, and vendor partners
Analyzing safety data and trends, contributing to evaluation of both leading and lagging indicators
Participating in incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts
Contributing to the standardization of environmental practices
Assisting in tracking and closing corrective actions identified through inspections, audits, and reviews
Collaborating with auction site teams to support the development and delivery of training programs
Implementing incident response protocols including reporting, analysis, and communication of findings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
4 years’ experience in a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that support collaboration
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
Capable of supporting and conducting Risk Assessments
Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently
Skilled in root cause analysis and supporting corrective action development and tracking
Proficient in data analysis and visualization; familiarity with databases, data structures, and query development is preferred
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
