About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the technical architect behind our field sales data ecosystem
Lead the team responsible for building the robust data foundations for national sales organization
Collaborate with partners across product, marketing, and IT to transform raw data into a world-class infrastructure
Modernize BAU reporting through automation
Ensure that our reporting is accurate and scalable, enabling smarter, high-conversion business decisions across the entire funnel
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
At least 4 years of experience performing programming
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred)
At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred)
At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management concepts and practices within the financial services industry (preferred)
