Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s in ID or HR is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Adaptable nature, thriving in ambiguity
- Ability to build curriculum for non-technical team members
- Ability to travel frequently for business meetings, team on-sites, and events
