Role Overview

• Design and realignment of overall recruiting and employer branding strategy
• Development of internal recruiting teams and organizational structures
• Recruitment process consulting and implementation of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Contract negotiation on behalf of the client with external providers for job advertising, systems, recruitment agencies, and more
• Management of our internal sourcing team to fill key positions for your clients

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting; in-house or agency
• Fluent German and English
• Strong intercultural communication skills
• Open-mindedness and the ability to inspire and engage others
