Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- At least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SSJS, SQL
- Strong command of email deliverability and compliance standards
- Experience with enterprise-scale SFMC implementations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
- Experience with project management platforms like Adobe Workfront is preferred
