Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients.
Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships.
Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity.
Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
Maintains compliance with policies and regulations.
Provides coaching to other team members.
Requirements
Extensive background in banking and syndication of Agency Multifamily and/or CMBS/SASB securitizations along with Commercial Real Estate Credit and Underwriting.
Finra licensed required: SIE, Series 7 and 63
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
Specific certifications are often required.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
