Champion Credit business perspective while driving the development of new integrations & capabilities on the SynApps platform
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology leadership to shape and communicate the solution for business problems
Identify risks in proposed solutions and work on mitigating the risks by working with required stakeholders
Lead agile teams to execute & deliver the required APIs and services per the roadmap
Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to identify deliverables, dependencies, and risks
Develop and maintain a well-prioritized backlog; partner with development teams to refine requirements and clarify acceptance criteria
Lead product release planning and set clear delivery expectations
Actively participate in PI (Program Increment) planning and related agile ceremonies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Statistics/Commerce with 2+ years of experience in Credit Acquisitions, or in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Credit Acquisitions
5+ years of Project/Product Management experience
Strong familiarity with Scaled Agile practices and hands-on experience as a Product Owner
Proven ability to actively engage in technical discussions and ensure development efforts align with business priorities
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Track record of creative problem solving
3+ years of experience leading software development projects
Strong understanding of Revolving and Closed End Credit business concepts
Advanced proficiency with MS Office; experience with data analytics and reporting tools
Experience writing test plans and scripts and participating in system validation.
