About this role

Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory.
Grow and develop customer base by identifying new prospects and following up with customers.
Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers.
Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
Monitor and follow-up on assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
Build brand awareness and promote the ‘One Team’ culture by making a difference in the community.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers.
Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events.
Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
