- Manages assigned portfolio to achieve gross written premium and profitability goals
- Develops and implements distributor specific plans and monitors performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in underwriting
- Knowledge of underwriting processes and coverages
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with external and internal business partners
- Ability to exercise judgment, negotiate and make sound business decisions
