Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in journalism or communications
Degree in communication, marketing, or journalism
Strong ability to understand complex strategies and issues and create clear and effective messages
Experience in creating strategic communication plans (from research to measurement and evaluation) and designing specific content strategies to achieve organizational objectives
Experience in developing editorial calendars and repurposing stories across multiple platforms
Experience in using personas to create targeted messages and stories that inspire action
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven ability to deliver creative or strategic work on time and manage multiple projects and expectations simultaneously
Proven ability to create alignment among multiple stakeholders
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
