Role Overview

• Oversees operations within practices
• Provides leadership and supervision of practice operations
• Ensures patient access and financial performance
• Monitors trends in patient experience
• Facilitates performance management of all reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare required
• Supervisory experience directing other's work required
• Ability to lead and coach staff
• Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence
• Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience
