Lead and manage a team of recruiters, focusing on hiring for positions up to the Senior Director level
Occasionally manage searches yourself, typically for Director+ roles.
Partner with & advise C-level leaders in Product and Engineering on hiring strategies
Influence decision-making, processes, and outcomes using data and metrics.
Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for the team or business group.
Drive team-wide projects/programs and contribute to refining and improving recruitment processes, tools, resources, and strategies.
Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that ensures each team member feels that they belong.
Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other cross-functional partners.
Oversee the creation of hiring strategies for roles and profiles, ensuring fair and consistent structured interviews.
Lead complex offer negotiations, providing guidance on compensation and benefits.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines, utilizing multiple channels for sourcing, conducting market research, and leading collaborative sourcing efforts.
Ensure a healthy, representative pipeline across all roles.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years in a people-management role, preferably in-house at product-led tech companies.
Proven experience in executing high levels of productivity and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
Highly emotionally intelligent, with the demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team that has a collaborative, empathetic, and high-performance culture.
Excellent communication, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies as well as process and tool optimization.
Familiarity with a variety of ATS and other recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus.
