3+ years of product management experience, preferably on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
An entrepreneurial "0-to-1" mindset. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and "do the job" manually first (like running an incentive program) before you build the technology to automate it.
Deep "1-to-N" Systems Thinking. You are a natural systems thinker. You see the one-off solution as a prototype for the scalable, reusable "engine" and "primitives" you will build next.
Direct experience in growth, notifications, or engagement. You have built or managed systems engineering systems that help scale impact.
Deeply analytical, with a proven ability to partner with Data Science to build measurement and A/B testing frameworks from the ground up.
