Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in TPM/EPM or similar roles.
3+ years driving multi-team initiatives across product and platform or infrastructure.
Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health signals.
Proficient with program execution and delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, Aha! or equivalents) for planning, dependency management, status reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
Technical fluency in modern software systems (APIs, architectures, integration patterns) and ability to engage in technical design conversations.
Experience using metrics to improve predictability, flow, and outcomes; comfort using AI tools to support analysis and decision-making.
