Provide business partnership and coaching to people leaders to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent.
Partner with people leaders throughout the talent lifecycle process i.e. performance reviews, performance management, talent calibrations, promotions processes, compensation reviews, and succession planning ensuring a standardized approach.
Provide Employee Relations support, offering thought partnership and guidance to leaders throughout the performance management process.
Support the talent and leadership development strategy to ensure effective delivery of enablement resources.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through the creation, operationalization or standardization of processes and policies.
Act as the voice of the business and employees through creating a feedback loop for people initiatives, programs, and COEs.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in a fast-paced talent organization, ideally in a high-growth global tech company
Strong knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it as a trusted HR adviser
Experience supporting cross functional global teams, preferred.
