About this role
Role Overview
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality solutions from development through deployment and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain claim import implementations.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support the scoring workflow processes.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with company standards.
- Understands and complies with all company Privacy and Security standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continued learning initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation to provide after-hours coverage for critical systems and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of T-SQL or related database development. experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET 8+.
- Experience with Git source control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
