Role Overview
- Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking
- Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies, and agents
- Manage customer support and respond to service requests
- Notify customers of shipping delays
- Prepare quotes and assist with various data management tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two to three years related experience
- Two to four years industry experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
