Prepare Revit models, update drawings, assist with reports and calculations, take meeting notes, and support coordination activities.
Participate in structured training journeys, shadow senior consultants, and gain hands-on exposure to multiple technology disciplines.
Align development and technical growth with company Objectives (OKRs) through coordinated project delivery.
Maintain organized models, documentation, and markups that reflect accurate and current design intent.
Support project delivery through accurate production work, including preparing and updating Revit models, sheets, and markups aligned with engineering direction.
Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and daily huddles.
Requirements
BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent experience in design, drafting, or technology systems.
0–2 years of experience in the AEC industry, design or technology systems, technology systems contracting, field or construction site exposure, or related professional or academic environments.
Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or other drafting/modeling tools; familiarity with construction documents or the building design process.
Exposure to BIM coordination concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is helpful but not required.
Ability to learn new software, follow workflows, and apply feedback to improve accuracy and clarity of drawings and documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to track tasks, take clear notes, and collaborate effectively.
Foundational understanding of technology systems is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in standard software tools (Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Slack); willingness to learn Autodesk tools, Asana, Bluebeam Studio, Callback One, and GitHub.
