Role Overview
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Insights, aligned with company and portfolio goals
- Deliver actionable, decision-ready insights that help users evaluate trade-offs, identify risks, and prioritize work more effectively, enabling smarter, data-informed planning decisions
- Identify and define new insight-driven features, recommendations, or signals that directly aid users in improving planning accuracy and strategic alignment
- Work closely with engineering, data, and design to deliver scalable, performant analytics capabilities
- Define success metrics, analytical frameworks, and data models that ensure insights are accurate, explainable, and trusted
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other product areas to ensure a cohesive end-to-end portfolio experience
- Lead prioritization, trade-offs, and release planning to balance short-term customer wins with long-term platform investments
- Establish mechanisms to measure product adoption, impact, and customer value
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of analytics or data-driven products
- Strong experience in product lifecycle management within an Agile environment
- Data fluent and comfortable working with complex datasets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Experience with AI/ML-powered insights, forecasting, or decision-support tools is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
