Manage the automation system through a team of supervisors and associates the decanting, order fulfillment, quality control, replenishment, cycle counting and product consolidation
Train and coach the staff of supervisors and warehouse associates on the various functions utilized within the automation system
Analyze products and determine if it qualifies to be placed in the automation system and if the product should be set-up for loose and case pick
Assess productivity and quality measurements
Work with supervisors and associates to ensure workflows are followed
Manage the team of automation technicians to keep the automation system operating at maximum performance
Collaborate with SUSA logistics and Dematic
Requirements
Minimum 5 years logistics experience managing in a distribution center environment
Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics
Experience with warehouse automation Goods-To-Person systems is critical
Flexibility to work all shifts as required
