About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the automation system through a team of supervisors and associates the decanting, order fulfillment, quality control, replenishment, cycle counting and product consolidation
- Train and coach the staff of supervisors and warehouse associates on the various functions utilized within the automation system
- Analyze products and determine if it qualifies to be placed in the automation system and if the product should be set-up for loose and case pick
- Assess productivity and quality measurements
- Work with supervisors and associates to ensure workflows are followed
- Manage the team of automation technicians to keep the automation system operating at maximum performance
- Collaborate with SUSA logistics and Dematic
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years logistics experience managing in a distribution center environment
- Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics
- Experience with warehouse automation Goods-To-Person systems is critical
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required
